12 Weeks
I haven't blogged in a while and I'm going to try and catch up on Bliss this August. In addition to going back to work the first week of August, Bliss turned 12 weeks. She really started to grab stuff this week. She would concentrate so hard she would go cross-eyed. It was hilarious. Here is a picture of her concentrating really hard.

Rolling Over!
This week Bliss also rolled over a couple of times. She was 12 weeks old. Way to go Bliss!

Yaya!
I had to go back to work last week. Even though it is part-time, it was VERY hard leaving Bliss on Monday. My saving grace and the only thing that made it possible for me to do it is knowing I am leaving her in the best care possible: with her Yaya! Yaya took a couple pictures last week, and it sure looks like Bliss is having a great time.

On Thursday her cousins, Luke and Tatum, and Aunt Erika came over to play at Yaya's house, too.
Tatum loves helping out with "Baby Bliss," and "Baby Luke." She is always a big help, and will sing them songs or read them books when they start crying.
Luke is 3 weeks younger than Bliss, and such a little boy already. He had his shots earlier this day, but was tough enough to muster up a little grin for his Yaya.
Fever :(
The last week of July Bliss was 11 weeks old. She also scared her parents when she started running a temperature of 102!!! Our pediatrician was out of town, but he was awesome! He had given us his cell phone (thanks to Uncle Josh) and you better believe I used it. His partner saw Bliss and took care of her. The worst part was she had to get blood work done and a urine test :( It was so sad, but it all turned out okay and to just be a virus.
Lots of firsts!
Bliss took her first flight near the end of July and did GREAT! We went to Seguin July 22-July 25th. We had lots of fun with everyone! Aunt Katie, Brinley, and Brylen were so generous to drive us everywhere. We had 3 car seats in her car. Katie makes it look so easy to have 2. At Memaw & Pop's house (Clint's parents) we took Bliss swimming for the first time.

Bliss had lots of fun with her cousins! Brinley can ride bare back, but I didn't get a good picture. The next two are of Brylen just sitting on the horse bare back. Sitting on the horse was great and all, but Brylen really enjoyed giving the horses baths with Katie. She is such a little helper!
We also went to Gigi and Giggle's house (Katie's parents), where Bliss wasn't the only one taking a bottle. Bliss helped bottlefeed their in-door baby deer! Unfortunately, I don't have any pictures, but it was super cute!
