Erika and I are trying to get more confident watching all three kiddos for each other. Erika left me with Bliss and Luke to run a quick errand the other day, and they fell asleep at the exact same time :0) So sweet, but I can't imagine having twins.
Bliss and I went to the Apple Orchard Festival with Josh, Erika, Luke, and Tatum. We picked a ton of apples!
My parents went to Alaska for 2 weeks. One of the weeks, Clint's grandmother, Mimi, came in town to watch Bliss while I was at work. WE HAD THE BEST TIME! I had never really hung out with Mimi before. She is a really neat person. She really is such a gracious person and is so good with little kids. She is so active and still gardens and sews all the time. In fact, she made the quilt for Bliss that is behind them in this pic.
She helped me finish making Bliss's Halloween costume, too. By her energy and fun you would never guess she was 80 years old!!! I hope Bliss inherits those genes and her genuine kindness.
The other week my parents were gone, my grandparents, Pawpaw Tye, and Grandma Iris (or "Ice" as Tatum calls her), met up at Erika's. The 3 of them tagged teamed taking care of the 3 kiddos while I was at work. We feel so blessed that Bliss's great grandparents can be such a part of her life and help out. My Grandma Iris is actually who Bliss is named after. My grandma's maiden names was Townley, hence, Bliss Townley. I wish I could have gotten a better pic of all them, but, this is what I got.
